From Passion to Purpose
luster-bliss began in 2018 when founder Emma Richardson noticed a gap in local pet services. After working in veterinary clinics for over a decade, she saw countless animals stressed by impersonal, factory-style grooming and boarding facilities.
The solution seemed obvious: create a space where animals feel at home, where staff genuinely understand animal behaviour, and where pet owners never have to worry about the care their companions receive.

People Who Genuinely Care
Our team of twelve includes certified veterinary nurses, professional groomers with breed-specific training, and animal behaviourists. But qualifications alone don't tell the whole story.
Every team member undergoes a rigorous selection process focused on empathy and patience. We look for people who've grown up with animals, who volunteer at shelters, who understand that a nervous rescue dog needs a different approach than a confident pedigree pup.
