Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
For grooming, we recommend booking at least one week ahead. Boarding during school holidays and Christmas should be booked 4-6 weeks in advance as spaces fill quickly.
What vaccinations does my pet need?
Dogs require up-to-date vaccinations for distemper, parvovirus, and kennel cough. Cats need feline enteritis and cat flu vaccinations. We'll request proof before their first visit.
Can I visit before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage prospective clients to tour our facility. Simply email us to arrange a convenient time.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Boarding cancellations with less than 7 days notice may incur a 50% charge during peak periods.
